Hiking in Balestrandsfjella:

The many mountains around Balestrand are perfect for great hiking. You'll find a well-developed network of marked trails a short distance from the hotel. You can choose between summit hikes to an altitude of 1300 meters or easy hiking trails. If you want to hike on your own, you can get trail maps at reception, and if you want to hike together with a guide, this is also possible. The choice is yours.

Fjord rafting on the Sognefjord:

Looking for an action-packed diversion from the meeting room? Then you should try fjord rafting. At high speed, you'll experience what is perhaps the most beautiful part of the Sognefjord. You cover large distances in a short time and get to see a lot of the beautiful nature here. With a little swell on the fjord, this will be a great experience. We don't guarantee waves, but wind in your hair and speed tears in your eyes are guaranteed.

Cultural walk in Balestrand with a visit to Ciderhuset:

The artistic village of Balestrand has a long history, which is evident when you walk along the fjord and see the many dragon houses lined up in rows. A visit to St. Olaf's Church is also included in the tour. A local guide tells the impressive story, and if you wish, the tour can also include a visit to the Cider House. In addition to the production of the well-known apple drink Balholm, cider is produced both with and without alcohol.
