Our food philosophy - local produce
At Kviknes Hotel, we place great emphasis on food experiences. As far as possible, we use local ingredients - the Sognefjord is a wonderful food source! Hotel manager Sigurd Kvikne and the maître d' supplement with wine from the rich cellar.
