if you have any questions. The terms and conditions apply to all reservations with us, including bookings made via our website and bookings made via third parties.

1. ORDER

The number of persons, price, accommodation and other products and services to be provided by the hotel are stated in the confirmation the guest receives by e-mail after booking.

2. VALIDITY OF THE PRICE AGREEMENT

The agreed prices are binding for both parties. The prices are given on the basis of current tax regulations. The hotel reserves the right to make adjustments to the prices as a result of increased costs for the purchase of goods and services, increased taxes and duties or other circumstances beyond the hotel's control.

3. CHANGE AND CANCELLATION

The cancellation policy that applies to your booking depends on the type of booking you have made. Check the rules that apply to your booking in the booking confirmation you have received from us.

Flexible: Bookings of rooms at flexible rates can be changed or canceled free of charge until the cancellation deadline stated in the reservation confirmation. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation. In the event of non-attendance, change or cancellation after the deadline, you will be charged an amount equivalent to 1 night's stay for each room booked.

Non-refundable: Bookings of rooms at non-refundable offer rates cannot be canceled - but you can change the date by contacting the hotel directly. In case of no-show, no refund will be given. You may want to have travel insurance that covers cancellations, in case you have to cancel.

3.1. Guarantee for ordering

All bookings must be guaranteed in advance via a company agreement, travel agency or credit card.

3.2 Contract bookings

For bookings made by customers with an agreement with Kviknes Hotel, the booking/cancellation rules set out in the contract apply.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is made on departure unless otherwise agreed in advance. Credit cards will be authorized upon arrival as a guarantee of payment.

4.1 Credit cards

Kviknes Hotel accepts payment by card from the following credit card companies: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and Eurocard. This also applies to bookings via our website.

4.2 Invoicing

Invoicing must be agreed in advance, prior to the stay.

5. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

We guarantee check-in from 15:00 on the day of arrival and the hotel room must be vacated before 12:00 on the day of departure.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Kvikes Hotel As assumes no liability and will not pay compensation where the delivery of our services and obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure. This also applies to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Including, but not limited to, floods, earthquakes, extreme adverse conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water or other utility services, construction machinery, computers, vehicles or collapse of building structures.

8. NETWORKING

All disputes that may arise between the parties to this agreement (the guest and the hotel) shall be dealt with under Norwegian law. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, the hotel's own jurisdiction shall apply.
