Another season is coming to an end, and we are left with many fond memories from the past year.
Since we opened our doors in April, the hotel has been filled with life, good meetings and guests from near and far. We have experienced music and a festival atmosphere during Balejazz, celebrated May 17th together, been invited to a historic gala dinner and been visited by HM the King's Guard's drill squad.
This season we have also been proud to welcome guests to our newly renovated suites and Deluxe rooms. And it was extra special when our restaurant received international recognition and a place in the Falstaff Restaurant & Bistro Guide Nordics 2026.
Throughout the summer and autumn, Balestrand has shown itself from many of its most beautiful sides. The fjord, the mountains, good meals, events and small and large experiences have created memories that we will take with us.
But the most important thing is all the people who have been part of the season.
Many thanks to all the guests who have visited us, to the skilled employees who create great experiences every day, and to our partners and the local community around us. They all help make Kviknes Hotel the place it is.
Even though the main season is coming to an end, that doesn't mean our doors are completely closed. We are open for events all year round, even outside of the main season. If you are gathering colleagues, family or friends for a meeting, party or special occasion, you are most welcome to contact us.
Now we look forward to what lies ahead, and to welcoming both familiar and new faces back to Balestrand and Kviknes Hotel.
